Motivation

Finally I found my motivation, it was hiding under all the housework I had been putting off while my dear hubby was away. I even had dinner cooked and ready by 4.00pm. A friend of mine gave me a pile of homegrown tomatoes which of course didn't get around to using while still firm. So I boiled them up with some garlic and herbs puréed it, poured it over cheese filled meatballs added fetta and olive oil. Threw it in the oven and Wa lah. Dinner done. Only problem now no more excuses to put off the ironing. It never ceases to amaze me how working mothers always ask me "What do you do all day"? If only they knew, with a husband away a great deal of the time, an 18 year old who does Nothing and a son who has tunnel vision about his latest requirement oh and of course a very spoilt dog. Of course I tell them I sit on my bum all day and watch soaps. I wish and I know I'm not alone here. Unfortunately having depression seems to make me refrain from stepping outside the door.

Getting Started

This is my very first line of my very first post of my very first blog.
My hopes and plans. As I am a mother of an 18 year old daughter and a 12 year old son with A autism and other learning difficulties. I realized that it's all about sharing information, thoughts and experiences. As "Benny Hill"once said "Learning All The Time".
So my plan is too share and learn.
